VG is an Estonian larp organization that was established in 2001. Since then the organization has been consistently active and as of 2019, VG had ~180 active members. We have participated in over a hundred games and visited larps abroad, sometimes on several occasions (Germany and Finland for example). VG has organized 30-40 games on its own and conducted hundreds of larp related training's and workshops all over Estonia. During that time we have managed to establish relationships with several clubs abroad and on some events Finnish players have participated as VG and vice-versa..

The trainings are localized and usually include ten to twenty people. For games however, people gather from all over Estonia. VG participation depends from the game but is usually between 40-80 players. The biggest army VG has fielded was 141 members.

VG colors are black (main) and red (accents). The organization has a sizable amount of medieval equipment, regular weapons, siege engines, camp gear. Usually we can easily equip anyone who decides to join us for a game. All equipment has been manufactured during common workshops. The material costs are usually covered from members donations.

VG is strictly apolitical, having no connections to any political parties, state- or county government nor to any (para)military organization. VG does not represent the interests of any company or individual. It is a larp community, involved in only roleplaying, medieval combat sports and historic reconstruction. Those basic principles of the group will never change.

Membership in VG is available for both individual players or groups. Regardless of nationality or country of origin. We do have members who are not from Estonia.
